This challenge is designed for complete beginners - no dance experience needed.
Over the course of the program, you’ll learn the basic shuffle foundations step by step, with simple breakdowns and plenty of repetition to help you build confidence and muscle memory.
Each class is paced slowly, fun, and easy to follow, giving you a full-body workout while learning a new skill.
We’ll finish each session with a grounding yoga flow to reconnect with your body after getting your heart rate up.
This is about showing up, moving consistently, and discovering how powerful 30 minutes of dance can be.
